Biography

Andrew supports creatives and professionals who are navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, spirituality, and substance use. His work is grounded in a depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach that invites clients into a meaningful exploration of their inner world while also building the resources and resiliency to heal, grow, and revise themselves. Andrew received his master’s degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology and completed two years of clinical training in both a detox residential facility and a men’s substance use treatment center, where he supported clients through acute crisis, early recovery, and long-term well-being.

Andrew integrates depth psychology and psychodynamic traditions, along with somatic mindfulness, EMDR, expressive arts, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, honoring both the mind and body as pathways to healing. This integrative approach allows him to support clients in tending to both the psyche and their somatic experiences, recognizing the holistic nature of the whole individual. Andrew offers an empathic space for clients to explore the deeper layers of their psyche and experiences to support individuation.

Client’s describe Andrew as deeply attuned, collaborative, and relational. He works closely with clients to identify core wounds and unconscious beliefs, develop emotional resources for life’s complexities, and cultivate a more integrated and meaningful relationship with themselves and others. Whether clients are facing unresolved trauma, navigating challenging life transitions, or longing for a deeper sense of self, Andrew views therapy as a sacred space, where conflict can be met with curiosity, compassion, and the potential for transformation.
